Do you only do taxes?
No. We provide tax preparation and planning, bookkeeping, payroll, outsourced CFO services, accounts receivable, accounts payable and accounting management.
Do you work with clients outside Oregon?
Yes. We are based in Bend, Oregon and serve clients across the United States and Canada remotely, by phone and video.
How much do your services cost?
It depends on the services you need and how complex your finances are. Book a free consultation and we will talk through your situation and what it would cost.
What should I bring for tax preparation?
Generally: last year's return, W-2s and 1099s, records of income and expenses, and receipts for deductions. Businesses should also have bank and credit card statements, payroll reports and financial statements. Please don't email sensitive documents through the website form.
When are taxes due?
Individual returns are generally due April 15. S corporation (Form 1120-S) and partnership returns are generally due March 15. Extensions are available, but an extension to file is not an extension to pay.
I'm behind on my bookkeeping or taxes. Can you help?
Yes. Falling behind is common, and we can help you get caught up and organized so you can move forward with confidence.
Do you handle Oregon state taxes?
We help with federal and Oregon state tax needs. If you have another state or Canada in the picture, ask us during your consultation.
What is the difference between a bookkeeper, an accountant and a CFO?
A bookkeeper records and organizes your daily transactions. An accountant prepares reports and taxes and makes sure everything is accurate and compliant. A CFO looks ahead, with budgeting, forecasting and strategy. We offer all three.
What is an outsourced CFO?
An outsourced CFO provides budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning and financial strategy without the cost of a full-time executive.
